NPD Self Serve sites are characterised by:

  • Our Self Serve sites are unmanned, meaning, there are no staff or employees on site
  • There is no cafe, shop or convenience store
  • Self Serve and Save! Customers refuel their vehicles themselves
  • Customers can pay by NPDcard, EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or Amex at the Outdoor Payment Terminal (OPT)
  • External group discounts such as Super Gold card are not accepted; and
  • Occasional additional discounts are offered to all motorists for special promotions such as a site opening celebration, Christmas, Easter or a long weekend)
  • Typically offer a lower pump price compared to surrounding full service Retail sites.

Supermarket dockets are not accepted at NPD Self Serve sites.

Gift cards such as Prezzi Cards and other vouchers are not accepted payment methods at NPD Self Serve sites.

No, the Super Gold Card cannot be used at NPS Self Serve Sites.

Mobil Card is accepted at selected NPD Self Serve sites. You can find details on where Mobil Card is accepted by searching for the site using the above map.

NPD strive to offer the best value fuel at all sites. The fuel price is discounted at the Self Serve sites as there is no forecourt attendant, retail shop or other services provided. The fuel price is different at the Retail sites as they do provide the full service.

In some cases, your bank account may show a pending transaction of $200.00. These funds are held temporarily by your bank, not NPD, and are normally released within 3 days. If you cannot wait for the funds to be released, please contact your bank directly.
